Ron Martoia

Ron Martoia is a transformational architect; his passion is helping people, and the organisms they serve, design and experience revolutionary change.  Through his speaking, consulting and writing, Ron uses his cultural intonation to help organizations all over the world come to grips with how to more effectively intersect our 21st century context.
Author of numerous periodical articles, his first book project was entitled Morph!, a volume to help leaders do good self leadership as they foster creative and compelling environments.  Ron is currently working on two books coming out in 2007, one on how we need to rethink the wording we use in communicating our Christianity and the other on exploring the implications of that rewording for spiritual conversations.
