8:30 - The doors are open. Time to sign in, register (if you haven't already), grab a cup of coffee, find a seat, and meet some other church leaders who share your passion for innovation and growth.

9:00 - The house starts rockin'. The day will start with worship, prayer, and giving the day to God.

9:30 - Listen, Learn, Grow #1. Gordon MacDonald will bring over two hours of pastoral wisdom about what it means to be a true and timely leader in a context such as ours.

Noon - Lunch! Your gracious hosts, Integrity Community Church, will provide a delicious lunch to be eaten on-site as you network and share inisghts with the other church leaders around you.

1:00 - Listen, Learn, Grow #2. Ron Martoia will NOT let you get sleepy after lunch. He'll bring 2 hours of fresh insights about leadership, growth, ministry, and soul-care for today's church leaders.

3:00 - Feedback Loop. In true W2G fashion, the last hour of the day will be totally dedicated to Q&A when you get to ask, answer, and dialogue with our two speakers and your ministry colleagues.

4-ish - Now the real fun begins. As you head home, you'll take with you dozens of insights, new friendships, and a heart full of encouragement to help you lead, minister, and grow for months to come.
