For churches & other NFPs:: daily or hourly fees for clients in ministry or n-f-p service arenas are negotiated on an individual basis after a covenant agreement has been fashioned through a phone and/or email dialogue.

For businesses :: Chad also delivers coaching and coach training for clients outside the church world. His client list includes Wachovia, Compass Int'l, Phelps Dodge, Morris Communications, and Owensboro Medical Center. Daily fees for business clients are $1200/day + travel.
